Defective items.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Micromat branded product, please contact Micromat Technical Support by emailing help@micromat.com for validation of the defect. If our services find that your Micromat product is defective, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product for an exchange.

Returns and refund policy.
Micromat wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Micromat for any reason, please contact Micromat Customer Service at sales@micromat.com.

Refunds for products purchased from Resellers.
All purchases made outside of Micromat MUST be returned to the original place of purchase. These refund requests cannot be honored directly from Micromat.

Refunds for direct purchases.
If you purchased a Micromat product directly from Micromat sales or through our web store, and you want to return the product for a refund or exchange, you have 30 days from your original invoice date to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number for a return. Returns will not be accepted without a Pre-Authorized RMA Number. Shipping and handling are NOT refundable.

Once Micromat Customer Service has provided you with an RMA, the product must be returned to the Micromat warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, discs, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped within the product. Full refunds are given after receipt of the returned product to Micromat, and are in your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please Note: Micromat recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Micromat or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking and there may be a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

Payment methods.
Credit Card
You may pay by credit card through the web store or over the phone. Micromat’s web Store accepts many types of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Micromat makes every effort to ship within 1-2 business days of when you placed your order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Please note: Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

Credit Card Security Codes
Micromat requires the credit card security code on your card for direct sales over the phone or through the web store. The credit card security code is an individual three-or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard). Asking for and confirming your credit card’s security code helps validate that you – and only you – are in physical possession of your credit card which protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Cashier’s Check or Money Order
Micromat accepts business checks, cashier’s checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier’s check or money order, you may contact Micromat Customer Service at sales@micromat.com for the correct price. The cashier’s check or money order must be payable to Micromat, Inc., made in US Dollars, and include your email address.

Please mail your payment to:
Attn: Order Processing

5803 Skylane Blvd. Suite C
Windsor, CA 95492 USA

Sales Tax.
Micromat purchases will include sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed.

Tax-exempt orders.
If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please contact Micromat Customer Service by email at sales@micromat.com. You will need to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped.

Order processing.
Micromat makes every effort to ship within 1-2 business days of when you placed your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all information required and full payment or full authorization for credit card orders.

Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. Please confirm the estimated shipping lead time at the “Review Your Order” page for the most current availability information.

Prices.

Micromat reserves the right to change prices for products sold through its Store at any time.

Micromat does not control the price of Micromat products purchased from Resellers. Any refund or credit requests as a result of price changes on product purchased at Resellers must be directed to that Reseller.
