To Update your payment information or otherwise manage your Techtool Subscription

Log into your online Micromat user account by going to www.micromat.com click the Login link in the upper right-hand corner and enter your login information. Once you have successfully logged into your online Micromat user account, follow these steps:

1. Click on My Account
2. Click Downloads
3. Click Manage next to your Techtool Subscription

You will be taken to our merchant services company, FastSpring, who manages the billing and payment options.

1. In the menu field at the top, choose Subscriptions
2. Click Manage
3. Choose Update payment method
4. Click Add Payment Method – enter in your new payment information

Be sure to select the new card by clicking on Use This next to the card you will be using.

If you do not see your Techtool Subscription listed the Downloads section while logged into your online Micromat user account, please contact our sales department at sales@micromat.com. Be sure to include your full name, serial number, and, if possible, the order number associated with your subscription.

NOTE: If you have more than one subscription item, be sure to do this for each subscription.
