ProToGo won't boot. 29 Jan 2015 15:39 #6091

Hi, my ProToGo device seems to take 5+ hours to create, however the real problem is for some reason it won't boot. I am using the Basic profile + 2 applications (CarbonCopyCloner & the Install OS X Yosemite app from the App Store) And am on 10.10.2 I am using a 32 gig flash drive, so there is more than enough room. I can chose to boot from my device, but I get halfway through the loading bar when booting (Like Yosemite does and should) then it freezes at like 1/3rd of the way. Am I doing something wrong? I have tried over and over to make the device. Thanks!

Because OS X 10.2.2 is new, I do not have any experience with creating the Protogo device under it.

In the meantime, please do not erase any log files from the USB Memory stick, unless you have a pressing need to make the Protogo device, in which case you could try again after creating a new administrative account, and creating the Protogo device while logged in with the new account.

I suggest you change your screen name to something other than an email address. These forums are indexed by Google, and you might get a lot of spam.
