I am sorry to have to tell you that files cannot be recovered from SSD drives.

When a file is deleted on an SSD, its sectors are overwritten with binary ones to prepare the sectors for the next write event (NAND memory). When a file is written to an SSD, just the binary zeros need to be written, because of the previous preparation.

I have not encountered any mention of recovering a deleted file from an SSD. The data is no longer there.

TechTool Pro works with local drives only, not NAS devices.
