hi,

I testet techtool pro 9.5 today with my iMac 27" Late 2013, everthing went fine except the following error at the sensor test:

Hard Drive Out-Of-Band
actual value: 9.00 C / 48.20 F
status: failed

what does this mean, please?

If the result were a much higher temperature, it would mean that the hard drive was running too hot, however, with a reported temperature of 9 degrees Celsius or 48.20 degrees Fahrenheit, I suspect it means that this test is not fully supported on you model with this particular drive.
