hello, My test of RAM results in failure.

How do I test individual ram chips to determine exactly which I need to replace.

Thank you

Because of changes Apple made long ago to the way memory is addressed, it is usually not possible for software to identify which addresses in memory are in which memory module. The changes made programming easier, but diagnostics harder. If you click the SPD data button, and you get data for all but one of the memory modules, it is likely that the one not displaying data is the one that failed, but that would probably be a major failure.

If the memory is user-replaceable, you may be able to determine which memory module is defective by removing them one at a time, or in pairs, if your model requires that. Otherwise, the best thing to do is to take the Macintosh to an authorized service center.
