Protogo USB Created -> Won't accept my password 24 Jul 2020 15:43 #12173

Used TTP 12.03 to create a Protogo partitian (larger version install) on an external USB SDHC card on my 2017 MBPro running OS 10.15.6. Install went fine. It boots to the login screen - accepts my typing of my password - then won't login (shakes like I've entered an incorrect password). Tried this three times (from reboot).

Suggestions?

Thank you.

It would be simpler if you enabled automatic login on your usual startup volume, for the purposes of creating the Protogo device, and created a new one. If that does not work, please send a message to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Thank you.

Thank you. I did as instructed and it still didn't work (no auto-login). I reformatted the SDHC and did the small install and it worked that time. Appreciate your assistance.
