Hi there,

The drop down to Smart Check is not showing and I believe I can't attach a screenshot.

Any ideas?

Your screen capture shows the Volume Usage selected. To see the drives supported by the SMART Check test, you have to click the SMART Check in the TechTool Protection system preferences pane (see screen capture below).

If that does not work, please try reinstalling the program, buy running the installer and then launching the application and allowing it to update the TechTool Protection system preferences pane . The installer is in your Available Downloads, at the bottom of your My Account page, linked above. If reinstalling the program does not work, please send a message to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . You will receive a reply by email. The SMART Check test itself is in the Tools in the TechTool Pro Application:
