How to determine conflicts with Checkmate 04 Mar 2015 14:59 #6129

In the past few days I have been seeing frequent interruption to Checkmate scans. How can I determine what is conflicting with Checkmate?
A few details:
Running Checkmate Version 1.1.3 (3060)
Recently installed TechTool Pro 7 Version 7.0.6 (1165-0fb4196)
This is on a Mac Pro (Late 2013) running OS X 10.10.2 (14C109)
Any help and guidance greatly appreciated!

In general, by design, Checkmate does not run its tests when you are using your computer. If a test is in progress and you start using your computer, the test is either halted or suspended, to be resumed later. The main exception is the check of the disk directory of the active startup volume, which is announced with a dialog box.

If you launch a disk utility or a backup program, Checkmate displays a dialog box informing you that it has been suspended. The program is identified in the dialog box. If Time Machine backups are run either manually or by a schedule, Checkmate is suspended while the backup is being done.
