mac mini 2010 - 2010/07/01 23:20 I just installed my techtools on my macmini 2010 SLS, but my protege will not boot it up. When I tried to use manager t redo protege, it has a failure and keates the failure every time so protege is not functional now. I tried re-doing protege via manager on my old 2006 macbook, but repeats the same error that is blocking it. techtool surface scan shows no problem with protege. How do I fix this

Re:mac mini 2010 - 2010/07/02 03:35 The system software version on the Protege cannot boot a model that requires newer software.

I have not encountered any cases in which Protege Manager could not restore the software. Please submit a report through our Web-based support page. You will receive a reply by email. Thank you.
